No. At Atlas, we pride ourselves on the diversity of our members. Our consultants have a variety of different backgrounds, majors, and interests. Even if you do not have the background "traditionally" expected from a consultant, we encourage you to apply.
Yes - we strongly encourage you to apply. Please ensure, however, that you make this clear on your application.
No. We believe good consultants are developed. We do not expect applicants to have any knowledge of how to perform a case interview. However, applicants should expect to answer questions that test their critical thinking and problem solving skills.
You might be considering other consulting organizations, and that’s okay! Since many organizations have similar recruiting timelines, it is understandable to pursue the different opportunities given. In order to maintain professional courtesy, though, we expect to be notified of other considerations if you are called to the interview portion of recruiting.
