FAQs
-
No. At Atlas, we pride ourselves on the diversity of our members. Our consultants have a variety of different backgrounds, majors, and interests. Even if you do not have the background "traditionally" expected from a consultant, we encourage you to apply.
-
Yes - we strongly encourage you to apply. Please ensure, however, that you make this clear on your application.
-
You might be considering other consulting organizations, and that’s okay! Since many organizations have similar recruiting timelines, it is understandable to pursue the different opportunities given. In order to maintain professional courtesy, though, we expect to be notified of other considerations if you are called to the interview portion of recruiting.
-
Yes! We will be providing a case workshop that will cover the framework for how Atlas will be conducting our case interview. The recording is currently live on our website. Your interview is not dependent on if you know how to case but rather on your approach and if you can effectively communicate your thought process.
-
We highly encourage you to bring a pencil and paper to your interview as calculators will not be permitted. You will be able to use scratch paper during your interview. Be sure to clearly walk your interviewer through all the steps you are taking so we can clearly see your thought process. If you make a mistake, stay calm and take time to gather your thoughts.
